Oily Hair
Managing excessive oil production can be stressfull and time consuming.
Cleansing shampoo and conditioning - Choose a shampoo that offers deep cleansing. You want to avoid washing too often so you need to make sure you are using a product that cleanses well. Make sure you do not add conditioner to your roots.
Deep conditioning - Oily roots often lead to dry ends. Incorporate a mask or treatment into your routine. We suggest leaving your mask in for up to 10 minutes for the most effective results.
Dry Shampoo - A dry shampoo will help to maintain your hair between washes by absorbing the excess oil.
Choose oil free styling products - Make sure you are using styling products that are free from oil. Choose lightweight products that will not weigh your hair down too much
Assess your diet - Diets high in greasy or processed foods will add to the scalps oil production.
Routine - Consider a weekly scalp treatment to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells, oil and build up. Use warm or cold water to wash your hair as hot water will stimulate the scalp and increase oil production
