When taking care of fine hair it is essential to choose your products carefully.

Lightweight - always choose lightweight products so that your hair isn't weighed down.

Light conditioning - make sure you keep your conditioner off your roots, even when washed out conditioners can continue to weigh down your hair, select something for fine hair.

Blowdry upside down - Flipping your head upside down when your blowdrying your hair will help to add volume to your roots

Avoid over washing - Fine hair can start to feel oily quite quickly, the natural oils in your hair will help to keep it healthy and hydrated. Over washing will strip these natural oils and leave the hair dry and more damaged. Add a dry shampoo to your routine if excess oil is a problem.

Heat styling - Make sure your protecting your hair during heat styling. Fine hair is far more susceptible to damage from heat styling.

Maintain your hair - Regular trims are so important to maintain the health of fine hair.
